Dear Passengers Gamescom 2026 Demo and Booth Tracker

The current Gamescom pavilion location, B2B access caveat, public-demo status, and every Dear Passengers hands-on detail still waiting for confirmation.

Reporting rule: confirmed facts are tied to named sources. Interpretation is labeled, and missing details stay unknown until FLEXUS or Steam publishes them.

Status on August 25: FLEXUS is listed with the Games From Ukraine B2B pavilion at Hall 4.1, Booth D-011g. A founder previously said a Dear Passengers Gamescom demo was being prepared. No source checked here publishes consumer hands-on hours, a queue system, a reservation link, or a public Steam download.

What the new pavilion information confirms

The organizer update resolves one part of the earlier uncertainty: FLEXUS has a named home inside the shared Games From Ukraine presence. It does not say that Dear Passengers has its own consumer booth, that the build runs all day, or that every ticket holder can enter the space. The B2B label matters because trade areas can use different access rules and hours from public entertainment halls.

The safest event wording is therefore specific but limited: FLEXUS is at Hall 4.1, D-011g, and the studio previously discussed bringing a demo. A reader planning a visit still needs a Dear Passengers schedule or direct pavilion confirmation before treating that address as a guaranteed play appointment.

The event build and public demo are separate

A show-floor build can be supervised, time-limited, configured for fixed hardware, and available only to press or partners. A public demo needs a distribution path and support for players at home. FLEXUS said the public version would arrive later, but did not give a date, storefront, duration, multiplayer mode, or progress-transfer policy.

Current download answer

Steam does not expose a Download Demo button or Playtest request panel for Dear Passengers. Event footage, a private appointment, or a creator build does not change that public status.

What to watch during the show

  • A Dear Passengers-specific schedule from FLEXUS or the pavilion organizer
  • Clear confirmation of public, press-only, or appointment-only access
  • Hands-on reports that identify the build and session conditions
  • New footage showing an uninterrupted flight rather than a montage
  • A Steam demo button, Playtest panel, or legitimate registration path
  • Details about demo player count, online support, controls, and availability window

For the broader launch picture, use the release and demo tracker. Players at home should also read the download safety guide before installing anything presented as an early build.
